1. Acceptance
By creating a Fisioflow account you accept these terms on your own behalf and on behalf of the clinic you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Fisioflow is a cloud platform for managing physical therapy clinics: scheduling, records, SOAP notes, billing, reminders and reports. We may improve or change features; if a change substantially reduces a feature you use, we will give you at least 30 days' notice.
3. Free trial
All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card. When the trial ends, the account becomes read-only until you choose a plan. If you do not choose one within 30 days, you can export your data before the account is closed.
4. Plans, prices and payments
Prices are published in US dollars and charged in advance, monthly or annually depending on the plan. You can change plans at any time; changes are prorated. If a payment fails, we will notify you and you will have 10 days to resolve it before the account becomes read-only.
5. Cancellation and refunds
There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel from your account at any time and the service stays active until the end of the paid period. Monthly payments are non-refundable; on annual plans we refund the proportional share of unused full months if you cancel within the first 60 days.
6. Your data
The data you record, including your patients' data, is yours. You can export it at any time, free of charge. We process it under our Privacy policy and only to provide the service to you. When you cancel, we keep it for 30 days so you can recover it and then delete it securely.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you record, for keeping your credentials secure, for defining your team's access and for obtaining your patients' informed consent under Law 8968. Fisioflow does not replace clinical judgement or the clinic's duty to keep records under the rules of the Ministry of Health and the Costa Rican College of Therapists.
8. Acceptable use
Fisioflow may not be used for illegal activities, to attempt access to other accounts' data, to resell the service or to overload the platform. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with prior notice except where other users' security is at risk.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep the service continuously available and run automatic daily backups. Support is provided in Spanish, Monday to Friday, by email and WhatsApp. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance.
10. Limitation of liability
Fisioflow is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to the clinic is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect damages or for losses arising from clinical decisions.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute will be resolved before the courts of San José. We may update these terms; we will notify you by email 15 days in advance when the change is material.
